Conferees have
accentuated that today’s intensive competition growth is trendlike at
aviation operations world market. At that Russia’s aircraft building
enterprises seem like the losers not from aircraft performance
characteristics but only by lack of earnest aircrafts after-sale service
program and customers service. Recent Soviet Era inheritance supposed only
technical support in the narrow sense and only aircraft structure to be
subjected to service procedures – and this sense has already become a thing
of the past. Nowadays leadership in the industry field implies the best
support given to aircraft operator from manufacturer. Very important are not
only maintenance procedures optimization but also all the economic and
management sides of an aircraft operations life-cycle.
At the same time various specific features following from sufficient
difference between existent types of aircrafts are to be taken into
consideration, as being described by AUGUR-RosAeroSystems Group head of
flying service department Leonid Putintsev. Thus airships and airplanes
maintenance procedures are quite different one from each other by sense and
value that mean differences in legal acts to be developed over them.
The problem brought up at the Conference is of current importance for either
small-scale enterprises, or aircraft industry giants, and needs the nearest
legislative initiatives and clearness of procedures. |
